week in san diego is a really interesting court ruling that i think could be highly significant and i think it could be a pair of strip clubs but with much broader. tell us about this. >> it's a wacky world out here in california but yes, to strip globes sued and got a temporary restraining order from the county in the state to be open while they had a preliminary injunction hearing and the judge ruled that because there was no evidence in the state and county provided no evidence that proved the strip clubs or spreading the cause of covid or spreading covid at all. so now since they served food at strip clubs all restaurants were included and they could be open as well but that was on wednesday. by thursday the state filed an appeal and on friday they got an immediate stay put in place to where our restaurants had to close down so they were now open for two days in the state came

down and immediately this hammered on these businesses but went in and tired employees went and ordered food and did all the right things they needed to do redoing it safely and still got shut down. steve: what is so interesting about that story is that the case was based on data. it was same to the authorities you don't have the data to show that your shutdowns is warranted and we have the data to show that actually we can operate safely. seems to me this is a really strong template for lockdown rebellions elsewhere. >> hopefully so. hopefully we will get an appeal heard as soon but it was 75 degrees today in san diego county. people are going outdoors. let's give them a safe place to go. it's a lot safer to eat outside in some cases then in your own home. if people are going out anyway because primarily gavin newsom has lost the faith and trust of
